Daniel Ceballos wants to leave Arsenal because of this reason: report

Spain international Daniel Ceballos has reportedly contacted Real Madrid over the likelihood of terminating his loan contract with Arsenal during the present transfer window.

Ceballos made an exciting starting to his Gunners career and he become a moment favourite among the fans with two assists within the 2-1 Premier League convert Burnley in August.

However, he has been unable to duplicate an equivalent level of performance every since, and before his hamstring injury in December, he managed to contribute only one goal from 15 appearances.

Ceballos has been available for selection over the past few weeks following his recovery but thus far , he has been unable to feature off the bench under current manager Mikel Arteta.

According to Spanish outlet Cadena SER, the previous Real Betis youngster has been in touch with Los Blancos regarding the likelihood of terminating his loan affect the Gunners.

It is added that the 23-year-old cares that he could miss out on the Euro 2020 squad with Spain thanks to the shortage of gametime at Arsenal and he would like to hitch another club on loan where he has the reassurance of normal first-team football.

Earlier last month, a neighborhood of Arsenal fans were excited by the prospect of watching Ceballos work under Arteta but the Gunners boss appears keen on working with a group of midfielders, who will remain with the club on a long-term basis.

Arsenal would definitely command a partial refund of the loan fee, should Ceballos return to the Bernabeu. subsequent few days should provides a clear indication whether there’s any truth to the speculation over the midfielder’s future.
